Are you ready to sink your teeth into a mouthwatering tower burger? This crunchy and tender burger is stacked with juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and a special sauce that will make you lick your fingers. It’s easy to whip up and fun to devour, and it pairs perfectly with some hot and crispy fries on the side. Here’s how to make this epic burger:

**Ingredients:**

– 4 burger buns
– 8 slices of bacon
– 4 beef patties
– Salt and pepper
– 4 slices of cheddar cheese
– 4 lettuce leaves
– 4 tomato slices
– 4 onion rings
– 4 wooden skewers

**For the sauce:**

– 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons of ketchup
– 1 teaspoon of mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Directions:**

– Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the bacon slices in half and arrange them on the prepared sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
– In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
– Season the beef patties with salt and pepper and cook them in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side or until done to your liking. Top each patty with a slice of cheese and let it melt.
– To assemble the burgers, cut the buns in half and toast them lightly. Spread some sauce on the bottom bun and place a lettuce leaf on top. Then add a cheeseburger patty, two bacon halves, a tomato slice and an onion ring. Repeat with another layer of sauce, lettuce, cheeseburger, bacon, tomato and onion. Finish with the top bun and secure with a wooden skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make four tower burgers.
– Serve with fries and enjoy!

**Tips and variations:**

– You can use different types of cheese for your burgers, such as Swiss, Monterey Jack or blue cheese.
– You can add some pickles or jalapeños to your burgers for some extra crunch and spice.
– You can serve your burgers with a green salad instead of fries for a lighter option.
