It is a common street food in India and Pakistan that can be enjoyed as a fast food or a meal with green chutney. Here is the recipe of chicken malai boti paratha roll.

To make malai boti paratha roll, you will need the following ingredients:

**Ingredients:**

– 500 g chicken boneless, cut into small pieces
– 1/4 cup yogurt
– 2-3 green chilies, chopped
– 4 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
– 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
– 4-5 garlic cloves, peeled
– 1 tsp ginger, chopped
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
– 1 tsp black pepper powder
– 1 tsp white pepper powder
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– 1 tbsp kachri powder (optional)
– 4 tbsp cream
– Oil for frying
– Parathas (flatbreads), as needed
– Onion slices, as needed
– Cucumber slices, as needed
– Mayonnaise, as needed

**Directions:**

1. In a blender, add yogurt, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, garlic cloves and ginger and blend well to make a mint chutney.
2. In a bowl, add chicken pieces, mint chutney, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, kachri powder and cream and mix well. Marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces on medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. You can also grill them on skewers if you like.
4. To make the paratha roll, take a roti and spread some mayonnaise on it. Add some chicken tikka and onion slices and cucumber slices on top. Roll it up tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
5. Serve hot with more cilantro chutney or any sauce of your liking.
