Chicken Hara Masala Pizza
Ingredients:
– 1 pizza base
– 1/4 cup of creamy sauce
– 1 cup of hara chicken
– 1/4 cup of capsicum, sliced
– 1/4 cup of olive, sliced
– 1/4 cup of mushroom, sliced
– 1/4 cup of corn, boiled
– 1/4 cup of onion, chopped
– 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
– Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
– Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray.
– Place the pizza base on the tray and spread the creamy sauce evenly over it.
– Sprinkle half of the cheese over the sauce.
– Arrange the hara chicken and the vegetables over the cheese.
– Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
– Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
– Cut into slices and enjoy!
To make the hara masala chicken, you will need:
– 500 g of boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1/4 cup of mint leaves
– 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves
– 2 green chilies
– 1/4 cup of yogurt
– Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
– In a blender, combine the mint, cilantro, green chilies and yogurt and blend until smooth.
– Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
– Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat well.
– Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight for best results.
– In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for about 15 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
