Description

Ingredients:

– 1 pizza dough
– 1/4 cup of creamy sauce
– 1/4 cup of tikka sauce
– 1 cup of shredded chicken
– 1/4 cup of sliced capsicum
– 1/4 cup of sliced olives
– 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
– 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
– 1/4 cup of corn kernels
– 1/4 cup of chopped onion
– 1/4 cup of chopped tomato
– 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
– Preheat oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking tray.
– Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared tray.
– Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the dough, leaving some space for the crust.
– Drizzle the tikka sauce over the creamy sauce and swirl with a spoon.
– Sprinkle the chicken over the sauce and top with capsicum, olives, mushrooms, jalapenos, corn, onion and tomato.
– Sprinkle the cheese over the toppings and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
– Cut into slices and enjoy!
